The Reason Why

Come to me poem
cause without you this day is an empty exercise
over full pragmatic
dusty
come to me
if only to decorate the edges of me
if only for the wrong reasons
juxtaposed
by the wrong choices
enter me
on this silent morning
across the bed I make
haphazardly
with sleep in my eyes
and with coffee
clearing the spaces and the cobwebs
of my world
today is silence
and peaceful
breezes
which I can manage
come to me poem
in the light
of me
because I sing to you
even when I refuse to look at you
or shun you
I form words is my sleep
even then.
